About Us

•  Starter Flag Football League (SFL) is more than just football to us. It's a family passion!
• We are Mark and Nina Silva, proud Brentwood residents, parents, and owners of Starter Flag Football League. Together with our children, we created SFL with one goal: to provide a positive, safe, affordable, and family-friendly place for local kids to learn, play, and grow.
• Mark brings his passion for football, coaching, and developing young athletes, while Nina focuses on league operations, organization, and creating a welcoming experience for families.
• As parents ourselves, we understand the importance of giving kids opportunities to build confidence, develop friendships, learn teamwork, and simply have fun!
• At SFL, we believe every child deserves a chance to play, regardless of experience. No tryouts, no unnecessary pressure, just football, fundamentals, sportsmanship, and community!
• We're proud to be building something special right here in Brentwood, one player, one family, and one season at a time.

From our family to yours, welcome to the SFL family!

For the kids. For the families. For the community. ❤️💛🏈
